“I got my memorial tattoo with Soeen this January, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This tattoo has been percolating in my heart for over five years, since my father passed in 2020, so it was incredibly meaningful to me. My husband gifted it to me as a Christmas present, and I’m so grateful that Soeen was the artist I was paired with. I first reached out in mid-December for a personal consultation over email, went in-person that same week, reviewed the artwork, made a few small tweaks, and finalized the design and placement together on the day of my appointment. The whole process felt smooth, thoughtful, and collaborative from start to finish. Soeen was so patient, attentive, and meticulous, especially when it came to making sure the placement on my arm felt just right. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and created a custom Asian illustrative design that was way better than anything I could have imagined! I felt truly heard and cared for throughout the entire experience. “JD is a true artist. This was my first tattoo, and I was a little nervous at first. Immediately, I felt safe and comfortable–and trusted his process. He took time to ensure everything looked perfect before he began. Including readjusting some of the design, and perfecting the geometric lines. We even went over an hour because he wanted it to be not just a tattoo, but a work of art. He took my plethora of ideas, and turned into something that I did not even know was possible. I also L-O-V-E-D the 90s dance music playing as he did his work. I am coming back asap to work on my sleeve. 10 stars!”
