Great experience with Charisma, I was a walk-in and she took me right away! We talked through iterations of 2 tattoos, she took the time to make sure I was happy. Was very patient and re-drew them each time while talking through placement. 10/10 would recommend!

charisma is the best!! i randomly stopped by because i saw the flash sale sign outside and i picked one of the designs off the list. she was so sweet and made sure i felt safe and comfortable the entire process. we were talking the whole time and it went by so fast! even though it’s a little far from where i live, i’m definitely going back for another tattoo because of her!! :)

Rocked up for our appointments today - They were doing a Friday the 13th flash special and there was nobody there. Shop was closed and three people outside all with appointment times that had passed and no email/calls nothing. Not a great client experience.

Ali hooked me up with a sweet customized flash tat and an amazing price! knocked it out in less than ten minutes. Will definitely be back by 😊 Charisma did my friend's and it was quick and painless! Definitely recommend this place.

So to start off, this is probably the one and only Tattoo/Piercing Parlor I will go to for the rest of my life; it’s hands-down the best one out there. The entire staff is super comforting, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease the moment you walk in. I’ve gotten every single one of my body mods done here, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. I definitely recommend Charisma as a tattoo artist. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and puts so much time and effort into her work. Every tattoo I have was done by her, including my very first one, and she made each experience personal and stress-free. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I will 100% be going back — no doubt about it. If you want quality work and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go.
