“I brought both of my daughters in to get their ears pierced and it went so well! Ann was thorough and educated. She went through all of the cleaning processes to make sure they knew how to appropriately care for their ears. She kept my girls calm as they were nervous. She was patient and kind and built their trust. She had everything ready to go for the appointment and made sure the paperwork was all in order. I definitely felt comfortable and would recommend her doing your piercings here as she has done mine in the past. The shop clean and organized as well!”
