“Caesar is great. I had a very specific but complicated tattoo in mind. Caesar had me send him photos. We then sat down at the computer and he created the design. He sized the tattoo and started inking. The workmanship is excellent. The healing process has been easy. Caesar’s studio is clean and comfortable. I have a second session scheduled in 4 weeks.
