She was clear and careful about explaining why my initial design wouldn't work, and offered alternatives to my idea. Because I was set on the bracelet, she promised to design a piece that captured my idea. It turns out that she was right: my design would have been too busy for its size. I was disappointed, but trusted her to understand the spirit of my request and she provided a simpler piece that was the size I wanted and with the level of detail that I needed. Beth consulted at each stage on size, design, and color and worked carefully. I am so happy that the wrist bracelet turned out in a way that makes me happy every time I look at it.”
