I did research to select a shop and artist to help me get a wrist bracelet tattoo. I found Beth and made an initial appointment to discuss and plan the piece. She was clear and careful about explaining why my initial design wouldn't work, and offered alternatives to my idea. Because I was set on the bracelet, she promised to design a piece that captured my idea. It turns out that she was right: my design would have been too busy for its size. I was disappointed, but trusted her to understand the spirit of my request and she provided a simpler piece that was the size I wanted and with the level of detail that I needed. Beth consulted at each stage on size, design, and color and worked carefully. I am so happy that the wrist bracelet turned out in a way that makes me happy every time I look at it.

I ask why I didn't do this sooner but glad I waited because I got Matt Presti as my artist. I love my artist I love the owner and most of all my tats! All of the artists and staff make me feel at home and I will be going back regularly. I talked to Matt about my hyperpigmentation issue and he was still brave enough to move forward with working with me and the results speak for themselves. I'll get my next (3rd) one after this one heals. Highly recommend!

Very nice I was in a time crunch today but they got me in just in time and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies at the desk and Ethan for the beautiful nostril piercing.

Charles was incredible and could not expect a better artist. Work completed in a perfect 3 hours for a more difficult tattoo. His experience shines through. You will be glad you requested him.

Got my nose piercing changed out and my ears piercings also. Ethan was professional, friendly, and did a great job showing me several different selections. He took his time so I did not feel rushed. I had an MRI and the radiology place made me take out my jewelry so Ethan got me in quickly to place a non metal piercing that would allow me to get the MRI and not let my nose piercing close. So grateful for his smart thinking..

Super friendly! Great advice on piercing and care! I went in with some swollen daiths and Ethan helped me remove them because they were at risk for greater injuries. (I got them pierced somewhere else and regret it) Will be returning!

I went here today and got my very first tattoo! I was a nervous wreck all week stressing about getting my tattoo! The minute I walked in the door I knew I came to the right place! Being so nervous everyone was very nice, polite, and made me so much calmer! Wes did my tattoo and it looks amazing! Thank you all for a great experience and I will be back again!

Everyone here was so polite, helpful & welcoming; they got me in next week after I emailed a very rough idea. Matt was great, skilled, personable & my tat was super reasonable in price! Happy & will be back!
