Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Elkridge tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Elkridge.
“My daughter turned 18 and we decided to get our first tattoos together! Some of her friends had gone to Konkrete Jungle and highly recommended them. We couldn’t be happier. Our artist Jamie was fantastic - walking us through how everything would go, making sure the art was just the right size and right placement, and did an amazing job with the actual tattoos. Everyone was friendly and the shop was spotless. Jamie even did an extremely thorough cleaning between my tattoo and my daughter’s. I can’t wait to go back to get another!”
