“I brought my teen daughter here to get her lobes pierced and wound up getting an ear piercing myself. I love the walk in availability for piercings, it made it so easy to get done when we both had the time. The wait wasn't terribly long for it being on a walk-in basis on a busy day. Regardless of the wait we didn't feel rushed through the piercing, the piercer was thorough and took her time with each of us. The facility was clean and the waiting area was very pleasant. The staff was helpful, we were checked in promptly and had others check on us to make sure we weren't waiting for assistance after we'd been helped. I was on the fence about getting my piercing done because I didn't want to crowd a walk-in schedule but once I was there I didn't feel like an imposition at all. It was a great experience and I plan to return in the future.”
