“I recently had a 2 polar bears tattoos done by Mike at Black Lotus tattoos studio and I could not be happier with the results. The level of detail in the polar bear's fur is absolutely incredible; it looks so realistic and you can see every single hair. Mike also perfectly captured the subtle shading and texture, which gives the tattoo so much depth and makes it truly beautiful. Mike was a true professional from start to finish. He was patient, listened to my idea, and offered great suggestions that enhanced the final design. The Studio is beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable, the staff was great, caring and fun, the entire experience was fantastic. If you are looking for a talented artist who specializes in detailed, realistic work, I highly recommend Mike or any of the other artists. I'm already planning my next piece with Mike!”

“I’ve put off writing this review for months because there aren’t words to describe how much I love my tattoo & how amazing John is. John did a beautiful, 4.5 hour floral design on my hip. I have one small tattoo (~15 minutes of tattooing) prior. I was so worried about sitting for the piece, but John made it a breeze. He did such a good job of easing me into it, and the pain was very manageable. Honestly, there’s not a single part of this experience that I didn’t love. His artwork is amazing. The studio is clean & calming - he had instrumental music playing and plants lining the walls. He was so kind & patient - an absolute joy to talk to during the tattoo. I’m not from the area; I drove a few hours for the piece and I would happily travel to Baltimore every time for the chance to work with him again. The tattoo & the experience is absolutely worth it. Moving forward, John is the only tattoo artist I will ever see.”
