What locals say about Phoenix tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Phoenix.
“Raymond and Nando are amazing! They were so patient with us as we were quite indecisive. We gave Raymond our different ideas and he created 4 beautiful tattoos for myself, sister and niece. We’re from out of state but plan to definitely come back and see them in the future. The location is clean, inviting and super chill. If you’re looking for a great shop, this is it!”
“Had the most amazing experience with Kat @ North Mountain Tattoo! This was my first tattoo and it was an emotional experience for me since I was getting it to honor and remember my mom that just passed away. Kat took great time, care and consideration. She listened to what I wanted and now I have a piece of my mom’s handwriting with me always. Would highly recommend the studio and Kat.”
“Spent the last two days getting my arm done with @young_sely. It was a piece for my dog and will give me something to remember him by long after he is gone. Took 2 sessions and a total of 13 hours and it came out incredible. I couldn’t be happier. He was an awesome guy to talk to, super laid back and knowledgeable. He has an incredible talent and passion for his art, and loads of experience. He’s been traveling all over the US to conventions doing tattoo’s and is on his grind. During my sessions i was there all day and getting the most elaborate work done in the shop those days and it was very cool to see all the artists walk up and appreciate the work this man was putting in. Truly a stunning piece and an awesome environment within the studio which is filled with people who share the same passion. I’ll definitely be coming to Sely for future work, and i can’t give him enough praise. Check out his instagram and his work will speak for itself. These are some progress pictures i took along the way but at the end of each session he took some more professional pictures so check his profile to see the crazy detail and flow in this piece.”
