I had an amazing experience at this piercing studio! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, and everything was clearly explained before we started. Nicola was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease my nerves. She was very precise, gentle, and made sure placement was exactly what I wanted. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly quick!

Went to a different shop to get an eyebrow piercing but came here to swap out the bar. Super friendly, passionate about their work and very accommodating. Luckily they were able to get me in right away as a walk in but for sure recommend making an appointment. If I ever want to get any other piercings I'll for sure come back.

My middle schooler went and got her helix pierced at the mall, goes without saying she had irritation bumps so we took her in to get them looked at the woman in the front was super welcoming and friendly we felt very much at ease our first thought was just how clean and tidy everything looked. The piercer himself was also a really cool and knowledgeable guy, he did end up recommending we take out the piercings and let them heal up so that’s what we did. Super grateful and appreciative of the whole experience the piercer called my kid a badass lol so now she specifically requested we take her back once she’s healed up. Very much recommend coming here!

This place is honestly the best! The service is always amazing and I’ve never felt anything but welcomed. The vibe is great and the staff are all super friendly. Huge shoutout to Nicola and the front desk girl who were there the evening of 3/9/26—they made our whole visit such a good experience. I especially loved how Nicola interacted with my teenage daughter and my family. She’s genuinely kind and has such a warm, friendly energy. I’ll definitely keep coming back for any piercings, and I 100% recommend this place!

We had an appointment with Torin for my son’s 15th birthday, and it was such a great experience. My son got two piercings, and Torin was informative and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, made sure we both felt comfortable, and created a calm and welcoming environment. My son felt completely at ease, and so did I as a parent. Everyone did an amazing job, and the whole experience was smooth and positive from start to finish. We will definitely be recommending to others and look forward to returning in the future!
