Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Severna Park tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Severna Park.
“Russell White III was absolutely the guy! Coming in at 70 yrs young for my first tattoo I’m sure i was a challenge in my own way. But Russell was thorough and kind in our consultation and when I came in day of and was unhappy with the drawing, he took plenty of time to get exactly what I wanted, explained what wasn’t possible, and and came back with a drawing i was happy with. The process that another artist had said would be about 7 hours was about 3 and he did a fantastic job. And yes, it hurt!! Not sure I’ll get another but my dragon is gorgeous!! Thank you Russell and Oxblood Ink!! Can’t recommend highly enough!”
