“Wonderful experience! Setting up an appointment was easy and quick over the phone with a very friendly worker. I was set with Grace for my septum piercing and they were just a doll! She was extremely knowledgeable and a delight. I had brought a friend along for my appointment and we both had a great experience with Grace, cracking some jokes here and there while also working me through the process. She did notify me that I had a slightly deviated septum but that my " Sweet spot" was still accessible. Even with the deviation they got the piercing perfectly positioned and straight. After she gave me an aftercare card including the information of what gauge I got. Grace was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. The drive to Madison was slightly lengthy but I would say 100% worth the trip and would love to come back for any future piercings!”
