“Sheri was amazing! My friend and I went in together. She was getting her 3rd lobe piercing, and I was getting an inner conch piercing. Sheri took her time with us to explain how she would be doing the piercing, what the jewelry options were, and gave us multiple options for locations (she walked us through things like symmetrical placings vs. placings that would look best for the type of jewelry we would wear most) to make sure we were getting it in the best placement possible. She was so quick yet so gentle when it came time to do the actual piercing. The jewelry looks incredible (love a flat back!) and wasn't an additional cost. She guided us through the cleaning process and showed us a cleanser without pushing the product. She also told us about other options for cleansers in case we didn't want to buy it there. All in all, we were in and out super quickly without feeling like we were rushed. Sheri made us feel comfortable and confident that we were getting great service. Take any review with a grain of salt, especially ones talking about the healing of their piercings. Piercings can be wild, and different people have different reactions depending on the piercing and how seriously they take the aftercare process. We were treated incredibly well, paid a great price, and were reassured we could return if we needed anything. All in all, Sheri is wonderful, and I will be back for more piercings!”
