“Overall, the store was very clean, and the employees were super friendly. I went here to get a lip piercing and was helped by Quinn. It was my first professional piercing and I was a little nervous, but he made sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what I was getting, and he checked in throughout the entire process, which took maybe 10-15 minutes. He was also very thorough when explaining how I needed to care for my piercing. A couple weeks after I got my piercing, my daughter headbutt the ball out of my temporary healing jewelry and Quinn was more than happy to replace it for me. Overall, I had a great experience and plan to come back the next time I want a piercing, and I definitely recommend going to them!”
