Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Oshkosh tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Oshkosh.
“Went in for am arm tattoo. Barbara did the tattooing. I have had multiple tattoos from other individuals over the years. This experience was the best I have ever had. Barbara's skill is incredible. She spent so much time on all the details and made sure it was perfect. There was a lot of lines and straight edges on it and they are perfect. The whole staff was friendly, but I loved that over the 4 hour appointment Barbara and I had fun joking and talking.it made getting ink an entire experience and not just going somewhere to "get ink done" I will be getting more work with her in the future and recommending her tonall my friends that look for tattoo work.”
