“My daughter has been asking nicely to get her nose pierced for a bit and today I agreed l. I had gotten a couple of very small memorial tattoos here many years ago and they were very kind then so I called today to check pricing and appointment availability. Keenan was very professional and kind on the phone and again when we arrived for our appointment. My daughter became very nervous when the time came to be pierced so she asked me to do it too and to go first. I agreed and I'm glad I did it! It looks really cute! Keenan was so patient and reassuring during the whole process. When my daughter was hesitant he even offered to let us come back, while at the same time not trying to get us to leave at all. When we had her ears pierced at the mall when she was little and she had the same hesitancy they made it clear that there would be no refund as they had already opened the jewelry, which I get but it definitely felt more pressured and less compassionate. We helped put her at ease and she is so happy with her piercing too! 6 out of 5 starts for Feel Good Ink!”
