Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Youngstown.
“I had my ears pierced last weekend and the owner was great. I’m a huge wuss and he kept me calm and is super friendly. His personality is perfect for the work he does. Very happy with the experience and the job he did.”
“Everyone working was very friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous since I was getting my first piercing, but I ended up feeling very at home there and the nervousness quickly faded. Thanks so much guys! You’re awesome! Will definitely be back.”
“From the time I asked about $ & artist availability, to sitting in Jeremy's 💺, getting inked & out in 45 minutes, really an awesome experience for my first tattoos in 25 years! Jeremy was super easy to chat w & we had some very obscure art & topics to carry on about the entire time & he was as nerdy cool w a punx lean as me!”
