Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Lancaster tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Lancaster.
“I’m leaving this review through my husband‘s account, but my name is Samantha! Just left after getting two piercings and I just want to say this place is awesome! The two owners are so nice! We will be coming back for more piercings and tattoos! He showed me some of his work, and I just want to say As an avid tattoo lover, that was some of the best work I’ve ever seen! Especially his portraits!”
“I went into Modified today after not being around for almost 10 years and it was such a great experience! Rob was so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. He was patient with me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! Truly a 10/10 experience! And the line work on my new tattoo is a perfect! Perfect experience and I got to leave with some amazing art! Thanks again Rob!”
