It was a tragus piercing that I had had for years prior and did not originally receive from this place. The two women I encountered couldn’t have been nicer and were able to quickly and knowledgeably get the correct tool to remove the jewelry from my ear as quickly as possible. They also explained how to care for it and heal my infection. What they did not know is that I had also experienced a death in the family earlier in the week. They helped me tremendously by the immediate relief of physical pain as well as the emotional release, as I cried and hugged both of them! I appreciate them and how they treated me with respect and kindness that day.”
