Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Bristol tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Bristol.
“I got my first two tats at Hartford County by Elisa. I couldn't be any happier with how they came out. The first I had done was a drawing that I had her redraw in her own perspective, and she did a great job! I had her revise it to match my liking a little more, but it was beautiful to begin with. From walking into a comfortable and welcoming place, to a great atmosphere to relax and get some ink - I'll for sure be back. Not to mention how clean the place is. I'd recommend anybody to go here, there is a range of different people, and they all seem to do great work.”
