“Really great overall vibe - very clean: smelled nice, saw proof of cleaning, they were vocal about sterilization, glove changes, etc. The front counter gal (I didn't catch her name, Jess?) was so sweet and enthusiastic and made me feel at ease and welcome. My piercer Jane was extremely thorough, calm and accommodating. I felt comfortable with asking her for changes and she talked me through each step even though I clearly have tattoos and piercings, which is nice and she was not condescending about it at all. It was a breath of fresh air to experience a shop with a good balance of light (not a dungeon) with good music (not SOLELY hardcore screaming) and two excellent female staff members. I will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry and piercings desires! Thank you!! 🥰🥰”
