Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Denver tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Denver.
“What an Amazing time with Trinh at Mashroom studios today. I am 64 and got my first tattoo. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Trinh was so welcoming and kind. She really listened to my ideas and put such time and care into the Whole experience. What a talented artist but just as important, what a sweet soul. Cannot wait for my 2nd. Trinh, you have a special place in my heart. Monica”
“I would 1000%recommend coming here. The staff is very good and helpful. My hand pice I got done by wade was absolutely fantastic and is healing really well”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleopatra Ink Denver is the definition of a unified, total tattoo shop. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, organized, and welcoming the space was - it really sets the tone for the whole experience. Every detail feels intentional, and you can tell this is a studio that takes both artistry and professionalism seriously. I worked with Omer & Momo, from consultation to chair time, the process was excellent. The consultation was thorough, thoughtful, and collaborative. They made sure my ideas were fully understood while also adding their own creative expertise. When it came time for the actual session, the atmosphere was relaxed yet focused. Momo’s skill and experience really showed through; I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. If you’re looking for a shop that brings together cleanliness, professionalism, and highly talented artists under one roof, Cleopatra Ink is it. Huge thanks to Momo and the team for making the entire process seamless and delivering a piece I’ll be proud of for a lifetime. Showing up early to your tattoo appointment is one of the simplest but most important ways to respect both your artist and the shop. At Cleopatra Ink, it’s not just about sitting in the chair as there are several steps that need to happen first. Paperwork, design confirmation, stencil placement, and station setup all take time, and your artist builds that into the schedule so your session can flow smoothly. When clients arrive late, it can cut into your tattoo time, put pressure on the artist, and even delay the next client. Arriving a little early gives everyone the breathing room to prepare properly, talk through last-minute details, and make sure everything is perfect before the needle touches skin. The shop isn’t asking for much just that you respect this part of Cleopatra Ink’s process by being on time (early if you read the information). It shows client professionalism, keeps your session stress-free, and helps your artist deliver their best work.”
