“Came in today to get my teenage daughter her conch piercing. I was grateful to know everything I would need from a phone call so I was prepared. We were able to get her piercing done from Mia. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and talked her through the whole thing. She took her time to make sure it was placed correctly which we appreciate. Then I had asked a question about my other daughter who was pierced elsewhere. She was able to change out her jewelry to better suit her anatomy. We are so grateful and will definitely be back!”
