Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Hackensack tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Hackensack.
“I love Art N Soul tattoo shop, everyone there is very patient and humble. The past two weeks I have got two tattoos there by two different artists with different styles. The first was last week with Chris he added my owl to a tatttoo I got a a year ago and took his time with helping me place it where I wanted it so that it would blend just right and he was very patient with me. The second one I got today with Angelo, he was so amazing and listened to exactly how I wanted my lighting bugs and made sure he took his time with the detail because he knew what it meant to me. I appreciate everyone at this shop.”
