Tara was so cool to work with: kind, funny, professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable in a vulnerable position. She was super gentle and so considerate in the placement of my piercings, making sure they were perfectly even. The piercings themselves are never comfortable but Tara did an amazing job of mitigating any nerves and walking me through each step. Also, shout out to the motivational label on the vent, it may be funny but it really helped! The other members of staff that we interacted with were also kind and funny. The shop is clean and has excellent vibes. What a great first experience with them, I'll definitely be back!”
