“Piercing team: 5/5 great communication, service, and delivery. Tattoo team: 1/5 waiting 11 months for my tattoo to be touched up due to artist cancelling multiple times. In applogy artist refunded 3/4 of my deposit because only a small fraction of the services were completed. Tattoo manager later emailed me to complain I had accepted the refund. This staff member resigned soon after taking a leave of absence which included my new appointment time. If you get a tattoo that requires multiple visits this isn't a viable location due to being so booked, but all arrists are very skilled and will give you a good tattoo.”
