“Great experience! Staff members and artist were super professional. They even offered me a free in person consultation with the artist to talk about the tattoo ideas. My tattoo artist was Ash, she was always available and reply fast to emails days prior to the scheduled day. On the day of the tattoo Ash was very attentive and polite, always caring for me to have the best experience and making sure that I was pleased with the design, which was exactly what I wanted. She is a very talented artist and I’m definitely planning to come back for more tattoos.”
“Sophie and Brittany did an amazing job with our baby girls (11 month old) ear piercing. All of the staff were so nice and they talked us through the entire process and made sure we understood everything from the jewelry to the care at home instructions. I loved that they give out a little certificate of bravery, it made my mama heart so happy. I highly recommend using river city for your piercing needs!”
“Very professional staff. Eden, the front desk queen, is always quick to respond to requests and questions. She makes you feel comfortable immediately. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. The shop is clean and well taken care of. No concerns regarding infection control. Terry was such a pleasure to work with. She listens, and her fine line artistry is top notch. Every part of my tattoo mattered to her. I cannot thank her enough. It is beautiful. I highly recommend Terry and SinnerG.”
