“This could not have been a more special experience from start to finish. My son wanted to get matching tattoos based on a drawing I used to do when he was little. Mark responded so quickly to our online request and with such kindness. We talked through the design and made appointments on the day of my son's 18th birthday. When we arrived Mark and Amanda greeted him with happy birthday wishes while Kory prepped our tattoo. He took great care to keep true to my drawing while sprucing it up. He could have direct-transferred and went on about his business, but he gave us five options and took great care placing them. Kory has a light touch and was clearly making sure everything was clean and sterile.
