Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Eugene tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Eugene.
“The front counter people are always super sweet and helpful. The shop is nice & open with good ambiance. I’ve only ever dealt with the piercers, but they’ve all been cool & patient. They have helped me take my jewelry in and out for medical procedures multiple times and are always accommodating.”
“Joey is the bomb I could not be happier with my tattoo and I only had a base idea of what I wanted I let him come up with rest of it and let me tell you what he nailed it! Very professional and he kept the whole process very enjoyable I will definitely be going back for many more! The picture is my tattoo almost two weeks after completed I’m also at work as a mechanic so I’m a little dirty”
