Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Scarborough tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Scarborough.
“I had such a great experience at North Coast Tattoo! The shop itself has an awesome vibe—super clean, welcoming, and just overall a cool space to be in. I was lucky enough to work with Casey, and I can’t say enough good things. Casey was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell they really care about both their craft and their clients. I’d highly recommend North Coast Tattoo to anyone—every artist there seems talented and professional, but if you get the chance to book with Casey, definitely do it!”
