“I went to Slaughterized Ink because I had a pesky piercing from a different shop that was giving me issues. I initially just came to get the ball on the piercing replaced, and I called to make sure I could just walk in and Jessica truly went above and beyond from the jump. Jessica was super friendly on the phone, and when I got there she had already started pulling nose jewelry another patron coming who had also called in need. While I was there Jessica walked me through everything she was doing and explained why she was doing it, while also having an extremely warm and friendly personality. We had great conversation and rapport and I learned new things about ear anatomy and piercings that I didn’t know before. I felt super comfortable with her and that was such a relief. Plus, when new patrons came in she greeted them and checked in with them while handling me and another patron (who needed the nose jewelry). She politely but positively offered to be my new piercer and recommended a solution to help with my piercing bumps. She even gave me her card!
