Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Downey tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Downey.
“My friend and I came here spontaneously to get matching conch piercings and it was a really good experience for both of us. I’m not sure who pierced us but he was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained the process, after care and what to do/not to do. We each paid 40$ for our conch. Overall an amazing experience and will come back:)”
