Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Alhambra tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Alhambra.
“My mom and I came from NJ for a cat convention in Pasadena. We wanted a tattoo to commemorate our trip! Iris was absolutely phenomenal. She was very responsive and communicative over email. She gave us a few options with a few sizes. And her work is absolutely amazing. My mom and I left so speechless and in awe, and that says a lot considering my mom is covered in tattoos. She said “this is my favorite tattoo I’ve ever had”. Not to mention, the prices. I believe Iris is underselling herself so much. The work, communication, the art, the quality of the work, and the just sweet kind person she is. My mom and I honestly said we would make a trip back to Cali from NJ just to get more tattoos from Iris.”
