Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Huntsville tattoo shops

Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Huntsville.

“Q was a delight even after I was late to our appointment, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was educated and happy with the whole experience. The piercing itself was quick and painless, the equipment was all clean and the shop was calm and tidy. Overall a great experience!”
Dae Stephenson on Art-I-Facts Tattoo Gallery
“I went for a nose piercing. I was super nervous since it was my first time. It did hurt but the lady helped me stay calm during it which was good. My friend got hers done too and I about passed out. Kristy got me a water and some gummies for my blood sugar! She went above and beyond just doing a piercing but was concerned for me to which I really appreciated! Thank you!”
Maleyah Powell on Kreations Tattoos & Body Piercing
“Super helpful I got lost at the old location because uber app did not update Platinum Koi in there app to be Jordan lane location. The owner of the old university plaza was rude and yelled at me to get off his sidewalk at the old plaza while i have a cognitive disability and easily get lost he yelled "Take Your Disability Somewhere Else", and I was waiting for my family to pick me up from the plaza. The people on phone with Platinum Koi Tattoo stayed on the phone trying to help me explain where there current shop was! They are a super great and credible tattoo shop I will be getting my septum pierced with them soon!”
Rose Oakland on Platinum Koi Tattoo Studio
