Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Denton tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Denton.
“I had a fantastic experience at this shop! Laura did an incredible job on a large floral tattoo on my back, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The shop itself is very friendly, clean, and has such a relaxing vibe that made the whole process comfortable. Laura’s work is amazing—I felt at ease the entire time, and I absolutely love my new tattoo! Highly recommend!”
“I've been a client at this tattoo parlor for several months now and had the good fortune of working with Ellen. She's exceptionally skilled and places a strong emphasis on the quality and precision of her work. Ellen takes the time to thoroughly research your vision and ensures you're completely satisfied with the final result. If you're seeking a high-quality, professional tattoo experience, I highly recommend Dark Age.”
“I got my Helix done by Macy and she is by far the best piercer I’ve ever experienced. It took less than a minute to do, quick and painless.(and only $30!) I would 1000% recommend her! The whole shop is incredibly nice and welcoming, I am definitely coming back!! (Shout out to Trey who tattooed my friend, he is amazing and the tattoo came out better than the picture!) 🫶🏻”
