Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Mechanicsburg tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Mechanicsburg.
“Wooowwww 100000/10 experience. A group of 4 of us were on a trip out of town and wanted some impromptu tattoos — we had tried a few places, but Noah, the lovely woman working the front counter, and Drop of Ink tattoo were able to get us in. The consultation process was professional, pricing was reasonable, the studio was super clean and had great vibes, and Noah seriously did such a fantastic job. Even though what we wanted was not even close to the amazing intricate work he normally does, he still drew up some great designs, made us feel welcome, and did some awesome work. Noah and this studio genuinely have me considering driving 6 hours to get a bigger piece done. So thank you so much for accommodating us!! To say we were THRILLED with our experience is an understatement. Thanks again :)”
“I cannot recommend Kat enough! She did my flat and helix piercings and absolutely crushed it 🙌 Her technique was flawless—quick, precise, and professional—but what really stood out was how friendly and personable she was the entire time. She walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, do yourself a favor and go see Kat. She’s the best!”
