I had a precious experience with a leg tattoo that made me terrified of getting my legs tatted, but Jolly turned that around for me. They have completely changed the tattoo experience for me for the better. 15th Legion, all together, is a wonderful shop. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the shop is clean and well organized.
