Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Las Cruces tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Las Cruces.
“I got a tattoo last night and am SOOO happy with it. Billy was patient in helping me design, even when I changed the direction mid-way. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and I felt relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely return if I get another tattoo. I also worked with Drea several months ago for ear piercing and she is generous and takes great pride in her work.”
“Update: I’m now on my third tattoo with Aaron. I cannot express how much I love this shop and all the amazing artists. Every single session feels like hanging out with good friends. The atmosphere is perfect, it’s safe and honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever been having a tattoo. I don’t think I could ever go to another shop because not only is the art top notch so are the people. Aaron did my embroidery style bee with lyrics from Rhiannon. I haven’t had a tattoo in over a decade and this was by far my best experience. I honestly was shocked that he accomplished this in a 4 hour session. He took all my ideas and made my vision come to life. Not only am I impressed with the art but the atmosphere. I had such wonderful conversation with all the artists there. It was like hanging out with friends while having a mind blowing piece done. I will be back for sure!”
“I’m visiting from out of state and wanted to get a tattoo in Las Cruces. I was put in touch with Skyler, and we messaged back and forth about a week prior, about my design. He was very attentive to what I wanted and sent me numerous renditions until I was happy. Today I met him at the shop and he was extremely personable and professional, and by made me feel completely relaxed about the procedure. I had previously had a less than ideal experience at another tattoo shop in my home town and do was a bit nervous. This time was completely different and I would recommend Skyler wholeheartedly!”
