Cris was super professional and took the time to explain the entire process, aftercare, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. Cris was gentle, precise, and clearly very experienced. The piercing itself was quick and much less painful than I expected. She used sterile equipment and opened everything in front of me, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The jewelry selection was also great ! Lots of high-quality options in different styles and metals. Prices were fair for the level of professionalism and cleanliness, and I really appreciated that they prioritized safety above all. I’ll definitely be back 😊”
