Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Lexington tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Lexington.
“Great place! My first experience was so good I’ve been back to get tattoos by other artists. I’ve had Jordan , Katera, and Jason. All listened to what I wanted and knocked it out of the park every time. I’ll keep coming back! Place is awesome, clean, and so friendly. Quick response from the owner when looking to book. Im beyond thrilled with my new tattoo’s. Highly recommend!”
“Kenny was very professional and very patient. We came to get my 10 year old daughter’s ears pierced and when it comes to needles, she is an incredibly tough customer. He was so good with her, and most of all, he was very sanitary. I felt very comfortable with his sterilization protocols. I would not hesitate for a second to come back for a tattoo or piercing.”
“One of my bullets from the end of my industrial fell out randomly after like four years of torture from everyday life. I filled out the form online and got called pretty much as soon as they opened. I was able to get in same day to get that fixed with Chad I also decided to finally upgrade my nostril. Chad is rad. Took his time with me when I was deciding on my nostril Jewerly. Cracked a few jokes and next thing I know I’m reborn as a new woman. Again, Chad is rad. 10000%%%%%%% recommend. ✨✨✨✨✨✨”
