From the moment I walked in I felt acknowledged and well taken care off. The entire staff did a great job making sure they took care of my concerns. I came in to get my ear lobes repierced as I had previously went to 2 different places, both places letting me down. Both places pierced my ears unevenly which made me very upset. Thankfully Megan took a good amount of time to make sure my ears were evenly pierced and took the time to explain the entire procedure and make sure I felt comfortable through out the whole process. Needless to say I was very happy with the results, we both agreed on my new piercing locations and they look amazing. I couldn’t have been any happier with the service! The earrings Mega suggested also feel much better than my previous piercing experience, which I am very thankful for!
