Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Lake Bluff tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Lake Bluff.
“If you're wondering where to get a piercing or a tattoo, COME HERE! I previously heard about this place from a customer from my workplace after I had complimented him on his piercings on his nose. Now lately, I've been wanting to get my ears pierced for a while and he said that he had gotten them from this place, so I thought that today'd be the day where I'd get one of my ears pierced! The process was soothing. The place was slightly intimidating at first, yet friendly and open. Jennifer took great care of me, and I had gotten for a double helix! I just wanna thank the entire crew for the experience, and I look forward to getting the other ear pierced soon! - A.”
