Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Dunbar tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Dunbar.
“I saw Alva for the first time and she gave me some filler. She hand drew everything on and paid such close attention to detail and placement. 100000/10 experience. I came in with no expectations, just knowing I needed to fill up some empty spaces and tie it together and she killed it. She also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 🖤 Very whimsy and I love it!”
