Kustom Thrills Tattoo

Terrible experience. I used to come here for a good amount of my work but took a few years hiatus. Sent an email out this morning asking about some simple finger tattoos and receptionist told me I needed to come in and that walk-ins were available until close. I drove 45 minutes to this godforsaken city of traffic just for her to tell me that the shop owner had left and only he could do it because the other artist were uncomfortable. No one there now, that my former artist Matt has left, can fill in an inch by half inch space in black? Not to mention I told her exactly what I needed done and she said walk-ins were cool until close. I got there at 4 PM and no other customer was there. It was completely dead. No one in the lobby, no one in a chair. No actual artist could come over and speak to me and see that I’m not asking for anything crazy? I wasted $30 in gas, $20 in parking ,and two hours of my life driving. People constantly ask where I get my work done, but I won’t be a walking advertisement for this shop anymore. I’m just going to tell them I get my work done at Black 13.

Zach does amazing work. Has made every idea come to life! Great design work and even better tattooer. Kees everything clean and my skin has always been in great shape. Love the environment around the shop too! Will keep going back there and getting more tattoos from Zach.

We came as walk ins and were impressed! Ended up with Forrest who was friendly, fast and did a great job. The shop is clean for a tattoo shop. Would definitely recommend.

I have only great things to say about this tattoo shop! We were in town for the Turkey Convention & decided on last minute tattoos! First the shop itself was so awesome and had a great atmosphere and kind people. We were greeted so kindly when we walked in the door! Everyone is so nice & friendly! Our artist nailed our tattoo and did a wonderful job! I'd highly recommend this place if you are in the Nashville area and want to get a tattoo!

Amazing experience at Kustom Thrills today. Everyone was super nice, no weird macho energy. Shop is very cool, clean and they have the best high quality sturdy chairs/tables I’ve had when getting tattoo’d which is important when you’re sitting or laying for extended periods of time. My artist Z really hit the nail on the head with what I was going for with my dog portrait in a specific style. It made me excited that she was excited about it. Other artists were interested in each others works which made for a fun atmosphere. Z is so talented and new to the shop and as much as I want to gatekeep her, go see her! Cannot wait to come back and so glad I finally found a shop I feel comfortable in and an artist I love after bouncing around shops in Nashville.
