Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Myrtle Beach tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Myrtle Beach.
“Joe was an awesome artist for my for first tattoo! He took my idea to the next level and created art that I’m still blown away with. I’m already looking forward to going back to him for my next piece.”
“Today my friend and I were a little spontaneous and went for matching tattoos! We were in town for just the weekend and I called around for pricing, availability and feeling the vibe of a tattoo shop. I think I called Myrtle Beach Ink 3x and not once did they sound annoyed and they answered all my questions. Our last day of our trip we went there and waited for them to open for a walk in appt. They were all friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Everything was clean and her station was also clean and organized. Cassiti was the artist who we spoke with about what we wanted. It was a simple tattoo that we modified a tad. She suggested making it a bit bigger and she modified part of it to make it a little unique. We absolutely loved it. She made us feel comfortable and we chatted like we all were friends! I definitely will come back for more tattoos in the near future! ☀️🏝🌊💜 #tattoobycassiti_mae #Myrtlebeachink”
“My daughter and I were in Myrtle Beach and on a whim decided to call and see if we could drop by as walk-ins. We were welcomed to walk-in but have always made appointments in the past. When we arrived, Cody and Sean asked all the right questions and made amazing recommendations. They are knowledgeable and helpful in making sure you know what all your options are. They both make you feel at ease and ensure you have an enjoyable experience. We have always felt confident in our designs and love their creativity. I HIGHLY recommend Hero, Randy, Cody, and Sean are the best at the beach! THANK YOU!!!!”
