Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Columbia tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Columbia.
“Ophidian is the only group of tattoo artists I use. Shannon has done my ink since I discovered the shop and I’ve had nothing but wonderful service, kind customers versions, and Beautiful art from her. The entire shop has a wonderful sense of being a safe place and all of the employees are respectful and joyous in their own individual ways— Which, In my opinion, Shows that the artists who work there And the women who run the shop have truly found something rare— A sense of whimsy, The beautiful starkness of black-and-white, The love put into their memorial tattoos— And a professionalism That is beyond compare. Everything is clean and up to standards and the shop is also visually just stunning.”
“Great experience at this tattoo shop. Everyone was very friendly and service was fast. Kia did a great job and I'm very please with the tattoo.”
“Very kind! Got a second opinion on if I should downsize (new to cartilage piercings) and the person who went over everything with me was awesome! Ended up not downsizing today and got some really good advice. Also let me know I could get nice jewelry for one of my newer lobe piercings for almost the same price of a new post when it came to getting a shorter post for it (sorry if that wording is awful!) All in all very kind people who know their stuff! Also saved me from downsizing too early :)”
