My daughter and I went last week to get our first nostril piercings for her 16th birthday. We saw Jessica Smith and she was hands down amazing! This place is clean and knowledgeable and we couldn't have had a better experience. Would recommend over and over! Thanks Jess!

I genuinely cannot recommend Piercology enough. As someone who has always been severely anxious around needles and piercings to the point of making myself physically sick over the thought of them, getting my septum pierced felt impossible for years. But it was something I’ve wanted my entire life, and after hearing so many amazing things about Piercology, I finally decided to go for it — and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I walked in and admitted how nervous I was (dramatic, I know 🤣), every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. Nobody made me feel uncomfortable or like I was “too much” throughout the process. They were patient, reassuring, and walked me through every step in a way that made me feel genuinely cared for. Lauren, my piercer, was truly the kindest soul ever. She explained everything thoroughly, checked in on me constantly, and even gave me a moment to breathe and calm down when my nerves started taking over. Her compassion and understanding meant more to me than I can put into words. Thanks to her, I finally got the piercing I’ve dreamed about for years. You can absolutely tell why Piercology is one of the few APP-certified piercing studios in Columbus. The professionalism, cleanliness, kindness, and overall experience were unmatched. If you’ve been nervous about getting pierced or are looking for a place you can fully trust, this is it.

My sister and I were customers 20+ years ago. So, when my kiddo asked for her ears pierced this was a no brainer for me. 20+ years later the service is still phenomenal! The atmosphere is still amazing and the girls working deserve much more than this 5 star review. They went above and beyond to make my girl feel special for her birthday. Thank you so much ladies! You made my mama heart explode.

I’ll never go anywhere else!!! I’ve been going to piercology since 2019 and have ALWAYS had an amazing experience. I’ve gotten multiple ear piercings, nose piercing, and my belly button and all were great experiences with great piercers. Today I saw Faye to get my belly button re-pierced. She was patient, gentle, and super informative. The front desk staff members are always super nice as well. Piercology is the best!!!

Amazing atmosphere, professional, friendly, just the best shop I’ve been to in Columbus & surrounding. Jess did my HCH and my micro-dermals on both sides of my cheekbones! She’s the sweetest, so gentle and considerate of the entire process and makes it so easy and eases any anxiety for me. Everyone front desk is so great as well, patient and informative. Really couldn’t ask for a better reputable piercing shop, 10/10 on all counts.
