Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Fayetteville tattoo shops
Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Fayetteville.
“I came in right before closing and they were still super accommodating, they didn’t rush me and my BF just because they were about to close and needed to clean up. They let us take our time looking at different tattoo designs, answered our fifty questions about their flash art and how they accommodate everyone when they have their Friday the 13th sales. I went for an Anti-Eyebrow piercing. I had already had it previously and the piercer was so nice, very quick, answered questions about possible scar tissue. My BF and I have about 6 tattoos planned out and Anvil is the ONLY place we will be going to. I’m actually about to be on my way over there now to ask about a few tattoos and my piercing.”
“Veronika did an awesome job understanding my wishes and needs in this art work. Her skills and artistry is amazing. Check this girl out for your next. It's not just a tat but a story in my life. Evan thanks for your donation to the cause, much appreciated !”
