We called and asked what the wait time would be. They said we could walk right in and be helped immediately. We got there twenty minutes later and were then told that it would be “a little bit of a wait.” Ultimately we had to wait 1.5 hours for our piercings. They were thorough and nice enough but incredibly inefficient and were not honest with us on what the wait time would be like.
May did an amazing job with my earlobe piercings. She took great care to match both sides perfectly and was very professional. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a piercing!
